Submit PreScreen Survey, then Download and Complete the Application and return
All fields must be completed and accurate for an application review process
Everyone over the age 18 must complete a separate application and each adult must have their own email address. There is a $40 application fee per adult and can be paid to HFCU w/ACH routing # 281378108. Applications are not processed until the property has been physically viewed and fee paid. Please complete Prescreening Survey first and contact our office to set up a showing to view the property (812-853-6275). General Guidelines to Rent: Total Family Household income needs to be at least 3x the rent. Consistent employment for at least 6 months. We do a credit & background check focusing on prior evictions and felonies. Once an application is approved we only hold a property for up to 2 weeks with the deposit due 2 business days after the application is approved. Deposit must be in guaranteed funds. Some now approved for Section 8.
Accept ZELLE, VENMO, CASH App, and CHIME for payments too.
